Our menu is built upon 99% local and organic ingredients from artisan producers and sustainable farmers. Our food is made with thought and love from soil to plate.

Please note that our menu is subject to daily changes as the local and seasonal produce allows. During Friday and Saturday’s dinner service, only our 3- and 5-course menus are available, which can be accompanied by a wine selection. The 5-course dinner costs 595 DKK, and we think it’s a perfect presentation of all the seasonal favourites and specials. The 3-course dinner costs 395 DKK per person and serves as a fulfilling introduction of Il Buco.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, so we can plan ahead. You can put these informations in the booking form, or contact us directly at Please also contact us at least 24 hours in advance, if you can’t make it to your reservation. If you fail to do so, we have a cancellation policy, that we must follow. You can read more about cancellations upon booking, but we’re also sending you all the necessary information via the confirmation email.


You can visit us every day of the week. From 7.30 we offer baked goods and pastries. Our kitchen is open for warm dishes between 9.30 and 15.00. Dinner hours are 17.30-21.30 Sunday to Thursday, and 17.30-22.00 Friday and Saturday. You are welcome to stay for drinks till 23.55.

You are also more than welcome to drop by for a glass and a snack. While we do recommend making a reservation in the evening, no table reservations for daytime visits are necessary. Please note, no laptops in the restaurant after 17.00.

Dogs in certain sizes are allowed in the restaurant, but please be considerate towards the guests and the staff. Let us know, if you have a four-legged companion coming with you, so we can see if we can accommodate it, and find you a suitable table.
